Delivery Time Frame:
- Our team attempts their best, to dispatch all the orders within 48 working hours of confirming the order.
- After dispatching the order, our courier partner takes around 5-6 working days for delivery.
- We follow “No dispatch day” on Saturday – Sunday and public holidays. Meaning, orders placed on Saturday – Sunday are processed on Mondays.
- Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts only.
- For COD, our courier partner will confirm your presence before delivery. It is very easy to arrange re-delivery; in case you are not available during delivery, you can also pick it up from their location
Shipping Charges:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,499 within India.
- For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied.
- Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost during checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the respective courier’s website. Additionally, you can log in to your fashion24x7 account and visit the “My Orders” section to view the latest updates.
Multiple Shipments:
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if the items are being sourced from different warehouses or suppliers. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts for your order. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you’ll be notified accordingly.
