RETURNS

Our return policy gives you an option to return items purchased on fashion24x7.com for any reason within 7 days.

We will be able to accept requests for order modification or cancellation only before your order is shipped. However, in case of some unforeseen situation with the product received from fashion24x7, and is required to return the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return. We accept return only if the product is having manufacture defects or it is not as described in the product detail page. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched/customized clothing. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after the shipment is dispatched for delivery. Never send back any item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you verify with our customer care executive at [email protected] or 8988008099 before returning ordered products. If products are returned without verification, no credit or replacement shall be provided.

PRODUCT RECEIVED DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition, with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at [email protected], within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that our team at fashion24x7 may inspect the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in the future.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from fashion24x7 regarding the same.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.

Our team at fashion24x7 will examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then fashion24x7 shall make the necessary modifications/alterations, at the cost of the customer.

All defective products being returned to fashion24x7 shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.

and shipping costs of all the returning the defective products from your location are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to fashion24x7 within 10 working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from fashion24x7.

Safe receipt of the defective product by fashion24x7 is the sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

REFUNDS

Remember! At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. Refund will only be processed for a part of orders that cannot be fulfilled by us / if we are unable to fulfill our obligations. Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. Also 2% bank charges are not refunded. Once we receive the return shipment, we will transfer the respected amount within 4-6 business days to the customer’s bank account.

EXCHANGES

For a manufacturing defect, we will replace the new product with the same design. Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from fashion24x7 representative regarding the same. For exchange, return courier charges will be borne by the Customer.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to fashion24x7’s registered address.
